Maintenance of Sponge Machinery after Use

1. Cleaning equipment

-Turn off the device power and wait for the device to completely stop running. Use a clean cloth or compressed air to remove dust, oil stains, sponge debris, and other debris from the surface of the device.

-For cleaning the interior of the equipment, specialized cleaning tools and cleaning agents can be used for cleaning. Be careful not to use highly corrosive cleaning agents to avoid damaging the surface and internal components of the equipment.

2. Lubrication equipment

-According to the user manual of the equipment, lubricate and lubricate each lubrication point of the equipment. When lubricating, appropriate lubricating oil or grease should be selected and added according to the specified amount of oil.

-Check whether the transmission components of the equipment, such as belts, chains, etc., need to be lubricated. If necessary, it should be applied promptly to reduce wear on transmission components.

3. Check the cutting tools and fixtures

-Check the wear of the cutting tool, and if the tool is severely worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner. At the same time, clean and maintain the cutting tools to extend their service life.

-Check if the clamping force of the fixture is normal, and adjust it promptly if it is loose. Clean and lubricate the fixture to ensure that it can function properly in the next use.

4. Check the electrical system

-Check whether the electrical circuit of the equipment is damaged, short circuited, or not. If there is a problem, the electrical circuit should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

-Check if the electrical equipment is operating normally. If there are any abnormal noises, heating, or other phenomena, stop the machine in a timely manner for inspection and troubleshooting before use.

-Clean the dust and debris on the surface of electrical equipment to maintain its cleanliness and good heat dissipation.

5. Check the hydraulic system (if any)

-Check if the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank is within the normal range. If the oil level is too low, hydraulic oil should be added in a timely manner.

-Check whether there is any leakage in the hydraulic pipeline. If there is any leakage, the pipeline should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

-Clean the dust and debris on the surface of the hydraulic system to maintain its cleanliness.

6. Keep good records of equipment

-Record the usage and maintenance of the equipment, including information such as operating time, maintenance status, and replacement of parts. These records can provide reference for equipment maintenance and management.

-Properly store the operation manual, maintenance manual, and other materials of the equipment for easy reference when needed.
