Maintenance methods for sponge machinery
1. Daily cleaning
-After work every day, the surface of the sponge machinery should be cleaned of dust, debris, and residual sponge debris. A clean cloth or compressed air can be used for cleaning.
-Regularly clean the dust and debris inside the equipment, especially the transmission parts, tool parts, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
2. Lubrication and maintenance
-According to the user manual of the equipment, regularly lubricate various lubrication points of the equipment, such as bearings, gears, chains, etc.
-Choose appropriate lubricating oil or grease to ensure its quality meets equipment requirements, in order to reduce wear and extend equipment life.
3. Tool maintenance
-Regularly check the wear of cutting tools, and if severe wear is found, replace them in a timely manner.
-To maintain the sharpness of the cutting tools, they can be sharpened or replaced regularly to improve cutting efficiency and quality.
-Be careful when installing and disassembling cutting tools to avoid damaging the tools and equipment.
4. Electrical system maintenance
-Regularly check whether the wiring of electrical equipment is loose and whether the contact is good. If there are any problems, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
-Check the insulation performance of electrical equipment to ensure its safety and reliability.
-When cleaning electrical equipment, it is advisable to avoid using wet cloths or water for direct cleaning to prevent electrical malfunctions.
5. Regular inspections
-Regularly inspect sponge machinery, including mechanical structure, electrical system, hydraulic system, etc., to promptly identify and eliminate potential faults and hidden dangers.
-Check if all components of the equipment are functioning properly. If there are any abnormal sounds, vibrations, or heating, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
