Preparation before using sponge machinery
1. Check the appearance of the equipment
-Carefully inspect the shell of the sponge machine for any damage, deformation, or other issues. If any external damage is found, the internal components should be checked promptly to see if they are affected, and repairs or replacement of the casing should be carried out.
-Check whether the connection parts of the equipment are firm, such as whether the bolts, nuts, and other fasteners are loose. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in a timely manner to ensure that the equipment will not loosen during operation.
2. Check the electrical system
-Check if the power plug is securely plugged in and if the power cord is damaged or short circuited. If any problems are found with the power cord, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid electrical accidents.
-Turn on the power switch of the device and check if the indicator lights on the control panel are lit up properly. If the indicator light does not light up or flashes, check if the power supply is normal or contact maintenance personnel for inspection.
-Check whether the operation of electrical equipment such as motors and frequency converters is normal, and whether there are any abnormal noises, heating, or other phenomena. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before use.
3. Check the hydraulic system (if any)
-Check if the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank is within the normal range. If the oil level is too low, hydraulic oil should be added in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
-Check whether there is any leakage in the hydraulic pipeline. If there is any leakage, the pipeline should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
-Start the hydraulic system and check if the hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, and other equipment are operating normally, and if there are any abnormal noises, vibrations, or other phenomena. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before use.
4. Check the transmission system
-Check if the tension of transmission components such as belts and chains is appropriate. If the tension is insufficient, it should be adjusted in a timely manner to avoid affecting the transmission efficiency and stability of the equipment.
-Check for wear, breakage, and other issues with the transmission components. If there is severe wear or breakage, the transmission components should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
5. Check the cutting tools and fixtures
-Check if the cutting tool is sharp, worn, or has any gaps. If the cutting tool is severely worn or has gaps, it should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure cutting quality.
-Check if the fixture is secure and able to clamp the sponge material. If the fixture is loose or unable to clamp the material, it should be adjusted or replaced in a timely manner to ensure that the material will not loosen or shift during the processing.
6. Prepare safety protective equipment
-Operators should wear work clothes, safety helmets, safety shoes, gloves and other safety protective equipment to prevent accidents during the operation process.
-Set up safety warning signs around the equipment to remind other personnel to pay attention to safety.
